We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is typically 1 business day, but may extend to 2 business days during peak order periods.

This processing time is separate from the shipping duration, which begins once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

International Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

You will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, you can use the “Track Your Order” option for assistance.

 Delivery Claims

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process, depending on the carrier.

Please be aware that the date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the total quantity of items ordered.

In addition, all orders are subject to product availability, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order
